Cleaning Air vent shaft

Post by koh »

As we spend time in the car within an enclosed space ( windows wind up), I wonder how much dust and impurties we breathe in. Has anyone ever tried to access into the air vent shaft and give a good wipe to clean off the dust reside in the vent ??? How about dismantle the blower ?

i do that ecvery year to my lanos to clean out the loads of dirt, dust and dead tree leavs out of the blower compartment.

it is a big pain in the @$$ but it is worth the try... the amount of dirt is collosal and the A/C feels much much better and more effective afterwards.
