LOL - we used to unhook those in every car because they are annoying to hear the noise every time you open the door when the key is still in the ignition.

Hell yeah, If I'm working on the car and want the radio on I have to put the key to ACC and if I open the door it is the constant annoying "Pingggg, Pingggg, Pingggg." I just unplugged it because it is so damn annoying.

However, if it is like the lanos, it is the drivers side left foot well under the dash. Just look up and left with your head near the pedals, like said, it is a simple brown box with a plug and holes for a speaker.
