Aveo Tachometer Install

Post by Kumaspeed »

Hi guys,

I have an Aveo 1.2 L here in Panama that didn't come with a tach. I already have a tach I want to install. By any chance any of you guys have an idea how to install it in this car?

this is the real way to value that... it doesn't matter what you pay for gas, it only matters what you get paid.

this is why a liter of 90 Octane gas cost 1 LE (17 cents) arround here... you can imagen how pathetic our wages are compared to that.

Gas down here is $2.01 and expected to fall below that. Everyone is getting all happy that gas will be below $2.00 soon. Oh man, I remember when I first came to America, even the highest quality gas stations had gas for $0.92. Thats why our cars are the way of the future, wether the American brands like it or not. Gone are the days of cheap gas and huge gas-guzzling V6-V8 behemoth sports cars and SUVs. No wonder the Asian brands whooped the American brands in sales the last year.

I guess I got lucky though. The Lanos averages 25 MPG whereas the Civic averages 31 MPG. A couple of times on the highway the Civic was averaging 500 miles per tank and with an 11 gallon tank usage that averages out to 45.5 MPG.

Lucky! :D

Minimum wage here is only $250... If you work in a call center is $500. If you make $500, withtax deductions you make 420.

Imagine this. $420 to pay electricity, phone bills, gas, rent, dial up, your car, a loan, etc... Any way you put it $420 is nothing. Besides, you think I want to spend $75 on gas with a salary of $500? I don't think so. The aveo is actually here $7000. I pay $160 monthly for the car without insurance. You think I want to spend more than $40 biweekly? Remember this is all about wages. Yes I would have loved to get the Aveo with the 1.6 l engine, but not everybody in the world has the same oportunities to get a good salary.

Back to the topic, I think I just need the wiring diagram to find the signal.
