Can someone send me pics/DIY blower motor swap? I gotta get my lanos ready to be muh beata'

RRM Turbo Kit
VRS 3" Exhaust with a MeganRacing Carbon Fiber muffler.

I ripped it out, i'm not 100% sure this is what the blower motor is but, i got it.

How hard is it to get the heater core out?
