Does anyone know which wire to connect a tachometer to on a Cielo? Its the 1.5L engine. I have found the ECU and tried the wires but none of them work except one but the signal seems to be only half the revs that the car would actually be using. I have tested the tacho in another car and it works fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
I am not sure about the tach you have, but if you can not find the correct wire to get the RPM signal from the ECU, I have seen inductive tachometers that connect to the spark plug wire for cylinder 1.
