can someone how to how make the turn signal faster?

Apart from it looking stupid, you will go through bulbs quite quick. Not to mention that you will probabally get pulled over and get a fix-it ticket, because it will look as though you have a bulb out, also, having quasi-strobes on a street car is a bit illegal.
However, if you must, pull the flasher from the car, find the main resistor, take it out, and put in a resistor with a lower ohm rating to make your car flash quicker.
Again, not recommended, but doable.

Instead of a resistor.. get LED bulbs from ebay. They use less energy.. making the car thing the bulbs out and therefor blink faster. Plus they last longer, look better, and take less wattage
