a few questions:
1) does lanos 3d/5d lowering springs fit for 4d?
2) if i put lowering springs on my woo...do i need new shoc-absorvers too?

1- both chassis share the very same suspension setup so it will fit.

2- no idea but i don't see why you should need new shocks? unless of corse you will get sporty ones or so.

you don't have to, but if you shocks have a lot of miles on them, you might as well and save labor cost. it's kinda like changing the waterpump with the timing belt, not necesary, but certainly not a bad idea.
