Installing a strut bar

Post by delphis »

so when I go to install this do i need to support the top point or can I just un bolt it put it on and rebolt. I am worried that when I go to install this that when I loosen those bolts the spring will cause it to drop down and rendering it impossible for me to get it back up.

any help is always greatly appreciated!

the car weighs enough to keep the body from popping off the top of the strut. you'll be fine if you just take the bolts out with the car on the ground
