my right low beams dimmer than the left...
how come? seen this happen with the other bulbs to but its more noticable with the 8500s... its grn instead of blue on the right... put the right on the left wire then the left on the right but the right headlamps still green so it must be the wires on the right headlamp? pls help
could be bad grounding for the dim light... not really sure.
did you try and swap the bulbs? could be a bad bulb
is the headlight cristal clean? dusty headlights are dim
does this happen in the high beam as well? could be the wiring for the low beam to that headlight or so

corrosion in the conenctor?, part of the wire has burnt up?
you can always try wiring in a new connector and harnest.
