Do they give you better traction at all from a dead stop going straight?
I know when i put my lowering springs on it made a hell of a difference, the tires bounced less and gripped faster, so thats why i ask.

So i put a strut bar from shark on my Leganza, It made a noticeable difference. I can take corners faster and handling is better. As for off the line, I would say I dont spin as much. This seems to be true but give me a week or so for some more info. I just got the bar a few days ago. It does make the engine compartment look a lot better

But doesnt it allow less flex when turned but im guessing that it would make suspension firmer, like lowering springs almost.. which helped my traction

haha, yeah.
Ok, well instead of starting another post ill just ask another question somewhat related (i think ive started enough posts )
A few people said to have a strut bar customly made (since they dont have one for the Forenza) would cost about as much as the one on the market (if there were any).
So my next question is, Would it be as effective if i had a good shop make one? or am i better off waiting for one to come around?
