Need to change for the second time front L/R silent blocs on control arms.
Ordered MOOG DE-SB-4848 and find at reception that the external diameter is 49.5mm versus 49mm for other makes. Actual silent bolcs are 96 492 383 and I'm pretty sure they are 49mm too.
Any advice about fitting those 49.5 s/b in a 49 hole? Error on fabrication? Should I exchange them or is it any chance to push them into control arms?

sorry Daniel, i can't help you. I have a 200 Lanos. I do have a shop manual for my vehicle i can get my hands on if needed. i don'tknow if it would have the same part or that information for a Nubira though. if you think it might tell me and I will hunt it down.
Lanos has a different system.
But problem is partially solved as seller will refund me at reception of suspected wrong parts.
Still have to get the correct parts now. 99,9% sure that's a 49mm dia.

Finally changed complete control arms.
Extracted 96 492 383 from old OEM and they are in fact 49mm external diameter.
So the MOOG DE-SB-4848 silent blocks of 49.5mm external diameter are not suitable for DAEWOO 96268454 & 96268455 control arms.
