Hi guys, I want to lower my lanos 1.6sx however it seems local garages dont stock or cant get hold of any springs for the car. I came across this site that has a few on it but have no idea on whats good or poor quality.

Eibach makes a good set. I've been using them for years.
Re: Lanos Lowering springs???
I bought my SPAX 40mm springs from that company. I'd recommend using them.woozor wrote:Hi guys, I want to lower my lanos 1.6sx however it seems local garages dont stock or cant get hold of any springs for the car. as for the spax springs themselves... well, they are brilliant! compared to the standard springs anyway.
Cargo cultism is a beautiful thing as long as you never fall for it.

Re: Lanos Lowering springs???
I have the Apex springs on my Lanos HB and love them. They made a HUGE difference to the handling. I installed KYB gas shocks & struts at the same time. It's actually past time for me to replace the shocks & struts as they have 100,000 miles (160,900km) on them and my last set of tires had tread cupping from suspension bounce due to bad rear shocks. Regular maintenance keeps bad things like that from happening.
