HELP WITH MY CAR ASAP!! i need smart ppl to answer!!

Hi everyone!!!! im here to ask somthing basic... that i dont know.. and i want to ask ppl with experience... cuz my friends say so many diferent things i cant figue it out!! On my car i just put 15x6.5 rims... and on the middle u know u put a decoration lid. Depending on the brand of the rims. right? OK!! heres the question. My friends say that if i dont put the decoration cover. i can break my wheels? wtf??? Below is a pic of my car with rims alone... so u know what i mean... I LOVE SO MUCH HOW IT LOOKS... the covers are f^%*&% ulgy... plz tip me if its necesary or is just decorational! Thanks

without or with covers doesint matter (to me) nothing will happen

if your talking about center caps, dont worry, you dont need them. but in the inside of the wheel where it mates with the wheel hub, you will need a centering ring. with out them your wheels will not be perficly centered and you will get steering wheel shake.
