Tire Wear

Post by OneRareWoo »

I have 4 16" Enkie Rims with 215/40/16 Nitto's on my 2002 Daewoo Lanos. I also have a full uninstalled Shark Racing Lowering Springs. I have been told that if I have them installed I will be getting excessive tire wear and I would be buying new tires every 6-8 months. Now my question is, Is this true or not?

Only true if you don't (or can't) get it aligned afterwards.

Be wary of shops giving advice like this; half the time it just that they don't want to do the work on an unfamiliar car.
