I know this topic has come up before...

Up until the point where I got my KW's there wasn't much in the way of aftermarket shocks except for OEM-spec replacements. After I got KW I stopped looking, so maybe theres some new stuff I don't know about.

Monroe are OEM replacement, they really arnt meant for lowering springs, ride would be the same as putting lowering springs on stock shocks

I have access to optra gas shocks (nitrogen filled), non oil filled shock.
And koni coilovers for optra.

For all 4 wheels or for either front or rear wheels. Whoever interested, just contact me.

Shipping to USA is abt $120-150US. Based on some aveo/optra/forenza exhaust headers I shipped out the last few times.

Apex doesn't sell shocks for our cars. In most cases of cars that don't have a lot of performance options coil-overs are hardly more than a spring & shock combo and coil-overs are a hell of a lot better (ride quality too). I can get my hands on other, cheaper coil-overs rather than the KWs but it would require a group buy and I doubt there's enough interest. I haven't been able to find them available in single quantities to retail customers though.

Yes. But just nice, another vehicle's shock fits optra/forenza perfectly. So it can be used. As for which model, I cannot say.

Guys, try GAB HA series (Japanese suspension) which you can adjust any height you wanted. It's available for Optra and AVEO. See my Optra pics...

Is the optra coilovers listed as the aveo? And if so are they the same? And also, there is no price listed on the website, how much did you pay?
