While driving there is a knoking sound coming from front on every bumps in the road. I did not hear it (or a lot less) around corners. Thinking at worn bushings they (4) were replaced and outer tie rods checked for play with a craw bar. Same test for stabilizer links. While turning steering wheel at a stop there is a louder click by turning from center to right & back than by turning from center to left & back. Hope you understand what I mean .
Could it be a inner tie rod or not? How to be sure?
Thanks,

Are both of your shocks tight into the strut top? Friend had a similar problem in his nexia. Didnt knock or click round corners but did over bumps. Also just check the track rods [tie rods?], might be catching on something.
But still looking for this annoying noise. I discovered that I can axially move the right axle shaft by about 6mm. The left axle has less play. Is that a normal play or maybe the source of this noise. It's like knocking two pieces of wood on themselves. Is it a possibility that one clip #10 is loose?
This noise is present on bumps when:
-accelerate.
-steady speed.
-decelerate.
-braking.
Anti roll bar tight? When going straight it's somewhat slackened than when steering, so maybe when you steer it wont budge, but when stragiht it can move.
Really is just a guess from what you've described. Worth a try though.
Well it was finally the right stabilizer link that had some play in it's lower ball joint. It was perhaps under tension when I checked and it I didn't find anything. Once top ball joint removed the play was obvious.
