damn, i dont wish u luck, i was replacing both in front also, and it was like hell, I basically took the front rotor, and the thing that its bolted under the hood that its on the corner and got 3 screws. Yea just get like a special tool to get bearing off, like those circle things, and a hammer..... . A lot of steps. I hope this helps lol
i looked at gm-car-parts.com and it was $150 for each side! did you get new ones or used ones? i need bearings soon so i cant wait too much longer to do this, my wheels are getting louder by the day!

dude, the 89-90 Pontiac lemans GSE 2.0 uses the same hubs and wheel bearing, you can get them at Autozone or waht have you for like $50 a side.
i called around to advanced auto parts, autozone, and murrays auto parts, no one even carries the hub assembly for a lemans. so back to my origional question..... does any one have any advice on changing front wheel bearings on a lanos?

My Advise:
it's a pain in the ass so let a shop do it while you sit back and enjoy a cold one
I can post some pics tomorrow on how far I was able to get before having to turn it over to a shop with a bigger hydraulic press to get it out. I got the full assembly torn down and all that the shop had to do is press the bearing itself out, cost about $35 for both.
thats a possablity (taking it to have them press them in) . stupid question.... i have to pack the bearings with grease befor installing them right? my future uncly has a hotrod shop, he said he would help me do them bit im still leary. what all did you do shaun? can i kinda get a walk through? thanks for the advice every one, i really do appreciate it!
