those are the stock lights but modded from a lanos 2000 and up... guesing you got on of the last 99 models? (or its difrent dates in US)
so you yust need the newer lanos rear lights tbh then you need to open em and takes lenses out

must be one off very last 99 models i geus ill look on mine later i got one of those aswell
also popping the lights in is possible but you will have 2 spare ones (1 backuplight 1foglight) as the old models have 2 and the new have 1. The cables take of the old ones and mount on the new ones BUT the sockets are not 100% the same so either you switch em also or you use some sticky tape to hold em in place (like i did)
