the strut or spring could be worn on 1
"Why do I need to replace worn shocks or struts?
If worn, shocks or struts could jeopardize your ability to stop, steer and maintain stability. They also work to maintain tire contact with the road and reduce the rate at which vehicle weight transfers among the wheels when negotiating corners or during braking. " KYB

the manual has the X-measurements in one of the very last chapters. it includes all the things a frame shop would use to measure the car. check that out if you really want to, but after talking to you, i think it's just a suspension componanent that's worn or busted. i damn-near rolled my lanos after hitting a curb and going onto a hitt at 70+ and my frame was fine... so i wouldn't be worried about the frame. (i had to get 4 new wheels and new suspension componants up front... everything from the a-arms to teh wheels, and had to have plates welded into the strut towers because the passenger side strut blew through the hood)
lets hold all the tear down till he gets new tires and alignment please... tires can make you feel as if the whole universe is bent to the right.
