When I had my contour, I had 205/40/17 z-rated tires on it. The only complaint that I had was... it felt like riding on plain rims... every bump hurt my feelings... Otherwise it was great on turns, and I loved it... till it died while doing a burnout... :( :( :(

my leganza loves the odd burnout.......i had it sitting static in the carpark at school for a good 30 seconds smoking the front right TTE. I got it going in 3rd (!) although it now rolls back on hills where it previously didnt (its an auto) so i think i stuffed the stall converter

Mine was manual without the rev limiter... so I redlinned it by an accident (it also had an oil leak).. so it just went.... Damn I loved that car, it was pretty quick too.

If my special price including 16inch rims i think that'd be my best bet.. but it doesnt. I think im gonna go with 15inch and RACE tires... since they usually have stronger sidewalls.

I'll probably decide for sure after i get strut bars cuz then ill know more how stiff my suspension is before i decide

If i were you i'll go for 16's for everyday/track use,

if you're getting a set only for racing.... then go for 15's and high performance tyres.

What kind of suspension do you have?

Try to get a set of adjustable shocks, they really do a difference

Right now i only have lowering springs. I plan on getting strut braces and sway bars soon though if i have any luck.

I'm getting a set only for racing... i looked at my stock wheels (15inch) and realized the sidewall is still alot smaller than i picture.
