Well here's the pics of the rear brace...

The brace itself was constructed from 1" O/D tube with 1/8" wall thickness. The mounting plates were 1/8" thick mild steel sheet, cut with a jigsaw and filed to shape. They were bent up in the vice. The end bosses were I think 1" O/D with the bore drilled and reamed to take a M12 bolt (snug fit).

Note that I also stitch welded the rear shock turret at the same time. It's certainly helped stiffen up the car at the rear this way. Very noticable when you jack it up on one of the rear corners.

however that is just for the hatchback... and with shipping you could get a custom one made in the states for less over all
