Sorry to hear that New. Know how you feel.newTotheWoo wrote:well folks- it could have been worse- but not much. I need drivers side fender, front and rear door and front bumper cover. Anyone know of good sources?

We had a deer run into the side of a two week old (new) Hyundai last year.
Did $2,400.00 (usd) damage to it.
Have you tried an E-bay search for one in your area ?
or, maybe;

How about some of those Michigan junk yards ? A complete car that someone junked because the timing belt broke.
would work eh ?
Hope you find your need stuff!

EDIT:
New, I have also sent you a pm (regarding doors and even a whole car in the Detroit area)

Again, I am glad Allie, (daughter) was not hurt, but the dumb deer could only have made more damage if it had run around the other side of the car and crashed into it too.
Here is a photo.
Bye the way, the new windshield was $220 or so installed in my driveway, the day after we called. I thought we would have lots of trouble with finding one, etc.

Parts found - deer crash progress
Well after looking all over the place- calling around, internet, etc. I finally found my fender and two doors.
There was a variance in prices - $250 for the doors and $75 for the fender. (Fortunately, I got a hold of a good and reputable salvage yard guy- he sold it to me for only $100 for each door.) They were in pretty good condition. Each had a couple of door dings.
So I have been working hard sanding, priming, disassembling and so on. I am going to shoot the paint tomorrow.
I hope to have some nice photos tomorrow.
