leganza strut bar

Post by Man with no name »

Any one know where I could get front and rear strut bars for a 01 leganza? Is there any made for a different car that will fit without modding?
And yes, Ive used the search button but to no avail.

Thanks

Yeah I saw that one...but only the front one goes for $85 without counting shipping. I was hoping one of the ones you can find in ebay for other cars could work....anybody knows this?
A pair of ebay ones for my old escort wagon go for less than $ 40 shipped. :(

The Sharkracing price includes shipping. That's a great price for a Daewoo part

You won't find one for the rear, there is no place for it (the shock mounting is in-line with the rear seat)

Good to know that...

Question though, how would having only the front strutbar affect the ride ? how does it feel if only the front is stable while the back is not ?

I had a Tanabe Strut bar for about a week and the steering seemed stiffer and more stable in sharp turns. But these were just slight changes.

P.s. i used a eclipse strutbar and made all ned brackets but i sugest getting the shark racing one. Also if your planing on really making your car stiffer i sugest getting one of these.

Well the leggy is my driver so I dont plan autocrossing on it or anything...I dont think the floor strut would be necessary. I just want something nice for daily driving but I just wanted to know how the ride is affected if you only brace the front and leave the rear stock. Forget my ignorance, but will you notice a big difference in rear body roll? Itd be weird if the front is nice and stiff and the back is just saggy and loose...

not really considering you dont feel to much of a change in the front. But for daily driving it should do fine. When i put mine on i didnt really notice to much of a difforence except less tire squeel around turns and stiffer steering and higher speeds, but when i took it off i could feel a huge difforence. But i would go with Sharkracing its a great price and a well worth buy.
