the best thing i can tell you is to find a urethane kit that you like, maybe from a 92-95 civic hb or something like that. find a really good paint shop that you buy "PANEL BOND" by 3M or SEM and mold the two together. i'd start by getting your ride hieght were you wont it (H&R, EIBACH make the best kits). then moch up the kit to the clearance you'll need. use a ton of panel bond and course self-tap sscrews. when it's cured for a day or so remove the screws and finish out the piece. panle bond is the key, many many rookies JB Weld or fiberglass or bondo but that's why their rookies and you not, right!

this is the best you'll get. you'll save time, money, and get what you wont in a kit.
the reason i say it's the best tip you'll get is because i own a company that does this all day, Daft Art "Carbonfiber, Fiberglass and Plastics Specialists."
