twisted strut....

Post by DomWoo »

i bought some struts from the salvage yard because of my whole airbag setup change over.. and i put my new springs on and mounted them on the car and one of them is twisted making it when one wheel is striaght and the other is turned...

what kind of force is needed to twist a strut, i was told that it is pressed together. so what should i do now.. get a new one?? or is there a shop that can fix this for me?

its a hussle trying to fix that and get ot perfictly alighned... if you desided to do it anyways you got to use hydraulic tools - kinda like hydraulic jacks - to do that job.
