Curb weight of 2000 Lanos hatch??

Alright, I gotta know first hand from you guys what the curb weight of a 1.6 Lanos hatch is. After checking some specs it says the cars weigh 2450 lbs!? I simply don't wanna believe that beacuse I want a Lanos hatch really bad but i was hoping they'd weigh more along the lines of 2000-2200 lbs. Has anyone here made there way to a truck station and weighed their car before?? Please someone disprove the 2450 lb badge I keep reading because that's simple too much for the size of the car. My kia sephia weighed 2480 lbs and that had a bigger engine, 4 doors and.. just bigger!

its roughly around 2300lbs. you were probably looking at the sedan or something.
