Camber adjustment bolts

I have a 2000 Nubira and have been trying to correct the suspension problems resulting from the previous owner hitting something on the right side for a few years now. So far I've replaced the control arms and bushings, right outter tie rod, new wheels, and a new stabilizer bar link (the right one was BENT). I've gone through several sets of tires since the end of 2002.

My mechanic checked and said it was the camber (he also recommended a good front-end shop). It's much worse on the right side (positive). I'd like to make a stop-gap fix on the camber so I can put on my new tires and not wear them off until I can save up for new struts and the labor $$$. I found the adjustment kits on the internet, though I'd like to ask some questions. Is it a do it yourself job? Can I simply remove the wheel and change the bolts out, or does the strut have to be removed? When I say bolts, I mean the bolts that join the strut to the hub assembly (It looks like there are two, upper and lower). I don't know exactly what is causing the bad camber, I've replaced the mentioned parts. I think I need new struts and springs. The ride is rough, "jouncy," and it "hobby-horses." There is also vibration. I don't know how to describe it all other than there seems to be little damping. I know I need new strut mounting bushings (the rubber under the body at the top of the strut) as it makes a rubbery squeaking and chirping sound when I turn the wheel a lot. "chorp chorp chorp chorp" Also when I maneuver from lane to lane at speed, the right side leans/squishes more than the left, which feels firm.
