Honestly, in my experience, if nothing else has changed except the installation of new tires I have found that either someone has not properly balanced the tires, one of them is out of round, or maybe you had a bent wheel that was previously installed to the rear.
You can try to take the car back and have them rebalance the tires. An honest store will do this at no extra charge. I dont buy that bubble balancing crap though. A well calibrated highspeed electronic balancer will give the best results. Also, while the wheels are on the balancer, watch the top of the tire for hop as it spins, to spot any possible out of roundness, or bends in the wheel.
Unfortunately, lower end tires more often will not be very round, and can cause this shaking feeling. If this is the case the shop should exchange the defective tires for tires properly manufactured.
