i was riding home after i got them and the whole steering wheel started shaking it has never done this before has anyone elses

i jus left the original rims on them im going to change them :lol: after i figure this out

have them do an alignment, I'm sure it's off.... otherwise it shouldn't be a problem unless they are directional tires and put on the car incorrectly.

they said they balanced the wheels and aligned them and i even checked and they were

if you are talking about the rims they are stock and it is not just one tire it is all of them (thats a bunch of wrenches :D )

are they aftemarket rims? if so do you have the centering rings? i didnt at first and my steering wheel shook like crazy

do they put some kind of sealant around the rim and the tire because i did not see any

Honestly, in my experience, if nothing else has changed except the installation of new tires I have found that either someone has not properly balanced the tires, one of them is out of round, or maybe you had a bent wheel that was previously installed to the rear.

You can try to take the car back and have them rebalance the tires. An honest store will do this at no extra charge. I dont buy that bubble balancing crap though. A well calibrated highspeed electronic balancer will give the best results. Also, while the wheels are on the balancer, watch the top of the tire for hop as it spins, to spot any possible out of roundness, or bends in the wheel.

Unfortunately, lower end tires more often will not be very round, and can cause this shaking feeling. If this is the case the shop should exchange the defective tires for tires properly manufactured.
