Rare Postert Design Body Kit On eBay!

Post by Delta Motor AG »

Found this on eBay. These kits were never imported to the U.S. or Canada. I imagine the freight costs from Germany would have put the total over $1,000.00 so this seems like a pretty good deal. Auction ends next Sunday.

It's definitely more sophisticated than the "looks-like-a-Pokimon" kit from Razzi. Teenage Aveo owners will probably frown at the subtle style but more mature owners should go for it.

Mmmm.... Delta Motor AG, as in famous Delta Motor AG from the Switzerland??? If so, I admire your Lacetti DMK and others :)

Welcome to the forum.

Shipping to Canada was over 400 Euros for a single kit. Thats close to US 500.

Yes, although it is a rather loose affiliation now. I was involved with the team responsible for developing the Kalos Sprint for Chevrolet. Stay tuned for some surprises from both Delta and Rotrex. Hint; It just may involve the new Kalos WRT.

Yes, and add the cost of the kit and you're in for over $1,000.00 (US) easy. I understand you Canadians have it a bit easier since you can walk down to any Suzuki dealer and order the factory body kit like the Kalos Sport (albeit with revised front spoiler). I have to say it's not much of a deal at $1,4995.00 (CAN) but at least you have something.

Do you have any photos of your 360 Dynamics body kit you could post?

Thanks,

The OEM kit is made by MS Design, which cannot sell outside of GM. GM, on the other hand, doesnt want to let north american company to sell the kits. Also, it superbly overpriced for an add-on kit...and it does look much better on the euro model. Aveo front was...well...a temporary lack of reason??? How knows.

As far as Prospert is concerned, I spoke with them on several occasions. Shipping was always a killer, and their Lacetti kit (see here: http://www.daewootech.com/forum/viewtop ... sc&start=0) did not develop enough interest to be imported at this moment.

And as far as WRT goes, I dont believe that car will ever see north american soils. IF it does, I will be the first one to buy it, and swap 2.0 turbo in it :)

The WRT will definitely not be coming to North America - GM's press release stated as much. But I am interested to know what modifications were made to the WRT Stage IV 1.4L motor to get 140bhp. Imagine what the same modifications would yield in the 1.6L!
