This weekend has been hectic! My one-month old woo just went through a total transformation :P

This weekend I did the following:

- AXS sky-blue seat covers on the front (rear ones are on order, waiting for delivery)

- 7-color random-flashing overhead interior light (goes through patterns randomly using 7 different colors.. way cool :P )

- 2 x 12inch neons under front footwells

- 1 x 6inch neon in the map/cd holder under the heaunit

- Custom rear lights by me, by masking the clear bits and spraying the red bits with Nightshades.

Pics (i'll take better pics of the neons and the interior light tonight):

The rear lights:

The seat covers:

The neons: (a bit hard to make out, will take better pics tonight, this is looking at the center console, the bit at the bottom is the gearknob)

Just a nice pic, taken before i did the lights:

bags after potatoes?

if you mean they're loose, they're meant to look like that.. i prefer that over the tight k-mart-seat-cover look.

If you like them it's ok with me, IMO they don't look to good.

But I love your wheels, they are sweet :)

Today I had my cat-back Lukey exhaust fitted by CarLine, down the road from me.. sounds sweet as! Apparently it needs time to run in and it'll sound even better too.. so i've got a grin bigger than a thai hooker with a $100 tip :D

The exhaust looks relly good :!: it is not to big and is ideal for that bumper. You have changed only the last muffler right ? planning n doing the rest of the exhaust ?

Nah.. it's a full cat-back system so far (including new cat), and extractors are currently being sourced (or made if needs be) by my exhaust shop. Should be on in the next month or two depending.

Also getting custom piping for a pod filter, and some ducting etc.. then i'll see from there where I wanna go with the engine.. :)

This afternoon I booked my car in for next week to get the neons in the back done, tints, and a monster tacho with shift light in the center-console down under the ash-tray.

Hi,

The car is coming up really amazing, it sounds like you have everything in order. I am about to do the same with my midnight blue Lanos. I have done the full ICE install and about to fit some new wheels and exhaust.

How much was your exhaust.

I live in Canberra; I am used to driving to Sydney to get stuff done to my cars.

Cheers! Evan

LanosAus: Exhaust was done by CarLine Exhausts in Mt Druitt, and cost $350.. it was tuned for bass over volume.. meaning i sacrificed a bit of volume for an AWESOME bassy note. You can feel it in your chest :D

carline: http://www.thedruitt.com/carline

the_source: I did the rear lights myself.. not very hard.. just LOTS of care masking it up just perfectly, then used NightShades (tint in a can, basically) to tint up the un-masked areas. If you take the time to mask it up properly, it looks sik.. much better than the usual cleared lenses (well, on my black car it's better anyway) :D
