Single Windshield wiper

Post by darkspeed415 »

to convert the stock dual wipers to just one single wiper, what do i need to do? ive worked with wipers and motors a little before, and im guessing remove both wipers, determine the best new wiper size, then put one of the arms onto the center mount and change its position so it wipes the correct way? i didnt think that the stock system was capable of doing nearly 180 degrees of travel.

Why on earth would you want to do THAT?!?!?

It looks rediculous and you don't have as much usable visable area being wiped clear when it is raininn, snowing, or muddy.

1 wiper = less clean area to see
1 wiper = Honda Civic ricer boy trying to be different by doing what everyone else is doing with their Civic.

LOL

Don't subject your poor Woo to that kind of treatment!

Well, I would imagine having one wiper positioned vertically would help shave off some minor tenth of a second for an indurance race, when average speed is over 100 mph and the race lasts for over a couple of hours around a track. We drive daewoos, one wiper will not help you with anything except will make your car look silly. Don't do it. PLEASE!!! :)

2 better than 1. And to do this you will need a bigger wupper arm. Bad IDEA
