B+G cheaper and works good for me, fast shipping and handling, i got them in 20 days shipped to kuwait through USPS (thats great!)

H&R are very good springs, but stiff. If you are looking for something more streetable, look into APEX or Eibach.

It all depends what kind of surface you have in mind...yes, on a completely flat, H&R would be of benefit, but on any other type of road, the ride will be rather harsh. On bigger imperfections the wheels may actually lose contact with the tarmac.

Some tuners I know that compete in races using 'every day' vehicles, opt out for more streetable springs, but with adjustable shock abosrbers.
