How to replace the bulb in fog lights of 2000 Nubira CDX

I've looked around the front and wheel well as well as inside the engine compartment and can't figure out the right approach. Anyone change these before? Thanx

In a leganza I remove the headlight.In my lanos under the car in the right side have a cover and the left dont have nothing.

I have removed them. You will have to remove to engine splash guard from the bottom of the car. It's in two pieces so you will only have to remove the side the bulb needs to be changed on. There are two 10 mm nuts that need to be removed. I used a 1/4" drive socket wrench with a deep 10mm socket. After a couple of turns with the wrench you can remove the nuts by hand. Then struggle out from underneath the front end and pull out the assembly from the front. Unlatch clip remove wires, note which one goes where, and replace with 55 watt "pig tail" bulb.
