2001 Lanos Sedan Door Trim Removal

Hey Guys,

I am trying to replace the speaker on front door, but I am not able to take the door trim off.

What I did
- Remove door Handle and clip
- Removed all the screws on the door
- propped off all the clips on left and right side

But the door trim seem be stuck by the door-lock-handle region
any idea or suggestions?

You have to remove the cup the handle sits in.
Also remove the piece behind the mirror, it makes things easier.

I tried to taking the cup off, but I wonder if I will break it. Does it snap out or need to remove screws.
From how much i opened I cannot see any screws

it snaps out but is quite firm
you will have to pry it out with a flat screwdriver

I was able to remove the trim, and replace the front speakers
