Lanos graphics

Post by wolfhound »

I was thinking of putting graphics like this on my 1.6SX turbo charged Lanos.

Image

But then again, maybe they would look better in red, with red highlights on the 18" wheels ????

??????

OK apart from NOT understanding your "you should get like 15 inch then like what 18 or something" just didn't make any sense brother. Here is the full wheel story (although i was asking about the graphics, not the wheels, but anyway..........................)

The car came std with 14's - looked Sh1t
I moved to 16" Antera's but tyres became to scarce in this part of the world and almost double the price of 15's or 17's
I then had a set of 15" TSW Zenons - but they just didn't "blow my hair back" and were gone within 6 months.
Then i stuck on 17's but the ones avail locally had a 40 offset and scrapped on the rear arches
Sooooo now i have the 18's which have the correct 38 offset, they fill the arches, WILL clear the new brembo 4 pots etc etc.

Oh and the Lanos has BIG arches & IMO 15's just don;t fill them.

So sorry dude, despite your valued opinion, the 18's stay...............until i decide to change them again hahahahaha.

Thanks man, jha i think your right about the wheel inserts.

the only reason i was thinking red graphics was to match the colour of most of the stuff in the engine bay as well as the Kadett Big Boss rear disk brakes and of course the Brembo 4 pots on the front are also red................. but i agree, the black probably is the more "OEM" look.

Ahhhh a man with good taste

Thanks man.

The car has been lowered 20mm (0.8") on its std springs - I did want 40mm but i doubt i'm gona be able to go much lower as i tow my speed boat with it - yep a turbo charged car with a tow bar

I think once i get the front bumper "re-engineered" it will make the car look a bit lower.
