1.6 Lanos rear drum change to 2.0 Nubi Disc

I bought a 1999 Nubi SW to make an engine swap, but I've saw that is has also rear Discs and 4 lugs
Can I make a swap to my Lanos? Has to modify something?

no you can't... the rear end of a lanos is too different than a lanos... for such upgrade you need rear disks from an Opel astra, check the how to section for more info on brakes upgrade.
