transmission/converter prob Lanos

Hi Guys,
I've got a 2001 Daewoo Lanos 1.5 automatic.
Runs great in 'Drive'....but when i put the car in reverse ...the engine stalls/stops...
Restart no problem...but again in reverse ...same prob,in 'Drive' no problem.

I Replaced the fuelpump and changed oil and filter...

Any suggestions??

Don't know why you would replace the fuel pump....oil and filter are usually good things for maintenance.

You might want to check your tranny fluid, if its low the converter can do freeky things.
