lanos 1.6 sx 1999 auto pwr light flashing

hi to all,

please can anybody help?
pwr light is flashing on dashboard and the car jerks intermitantly during driving?

any body know the answer?
toped up trans fluid but still the same. :?:

Out of curiosity, why is it that you think adding transmission fluid would have anything to do with electrical loss in your car?

I would say have your battery and alternator tested to see if they're functioning correctly.

Transmission fluid? I don't understand...

Yeah, I would guess you have a bad ground someplace.

pwr light flashing

hi all,

pwr light flashing now cured. was not electrical!!!!!
it was low auto trans fluid low causing the torque convertor to pulse apparently so the chevrolet garage told me when picked up from them tonight.

strange though as no fluid leaks found so at a loss as to why the fluid whent so low(took 3 ltrs of fluid to top up?)

sounds like you have a leak some where, you should get that fixed ASAP!
