5spd manual, nubi2 is it possible to buy diff gears

is it possible to change the gears in the nubi2 with aftermarket ones, cuz i am lookin for more accelration in low end n less in top

Quaife makes gear sets but they are extreemly expensive.

GM made a number of different ratios and final drives for the F16/F20.... so you can mix and match to get what ever you want.

Perhaps the easiest way is to buy a different final drive.... Intimidator was selling them.... check out their info... can't remember how much.

Also different tire sizes can lower your gearing. I think most woos already use the smallest easily available ones though.

What size wheels and tires are you running now?

i have 16" rims, wrapped in 205/45 size tyres

is he still selling the gears do u know

There are some good choices for 205/40/16 tires. Only problem is it'd throw off your speedometer.

not looking at changin the tyre i like the ride quality i have., I was lookin to buyin different gear, cuz i have to remove my box n rebuild it anyway. so thought while im at why not change gears in there

I agree... it's like $350 for a final drive or $1000 for all 5 gears and FGR... that's pretty cheap as far as I'm concerned.
