Is a transmissin cooler worth it?

I already have a bigger/better radiator and a oil cooler. I've been thinking about a trasmission cooler but I dont see how a tranny can get all that much hotter from extra power. I understand theres more friction but still. What are your guys input?

in my humble opinion... anyhing that reduces heat is good, its only matter of how much you'r going to pay for it vs. how effecent it is.

Yeah.. I agree. But it doesnt seam the tranny will see all that much extra heat.

Most cooler kits are cheap... but I dont know what installation would be and it's not something I want to tackle myself.

What about a differential cooler? I just saw someone recommend that to someone doing road racing. My qualife lsd cost more than a tranny if you include installation. Plus if my tranny goes it's an excuse to go with a 6sp.
