installing a new clutch

i have a little problem i can't find any literature on my '01 lanos hb.
i was able to find a kit at a reasonable price plan on puttuing it in myself.
i need to figure out the best way to remove the trans with out the help of a lift.
i also need to find torque specs for the engine mount tranny and the pressure plate.
here in colunbus, there is no demand for it seeing is the dealers sold only a hand full.
any help would be a great help.
