Redline MT90 GL-4 gear oil on Lanos 1.5 transmission?

hello guys, i'm new on this forum my name is Gonzalo

my question is: is Redline Mt90 the correct oil for the Lanos transmission
because lately the gears became hard to put when the engine is hot, when it's cold there's no problem, just a bit notchy (i'm not sure if that's the word)
it doesn't matter if the engine is running or not, so i discard the clutch being the problem
and too i can hear a low gear whine while driving
