what is the best gearbox for the c20xe

what is the best gearbox for the c20xe and what is best the original gearbox of the c20xe or the f20 gearbox

it depends on where you are. the F20 is a great gearbox, if I'm not mistaken it would have been one of the original gearboxs offered with the C20XE depending on what chassis you are talking about. For many years the F28 FWD converted was regarded as the best possible choice. However the M32 is the latest and greatest in option. the M32 is just about the only gearbox I would convert to at this point, personally.

bearing issues with the korean made m32 in the cruze
not sure about ones in the new opels

if you have any links to where it was talked about that would be great. perhaps there is something that can be done about that. it sounds like an issue the G2 Mitsu Eclipes used to have.

just doing a bit more research and it seems it's the end bearing in opel m32's
not sure about the cruze m32, I got my wires crossed a bit so disregard my last post...
