Almost Time For a new clutch need some suggestions on parts

My 1.6L lanos has 85000 miles and I'm sure soon I will need a new clutch. I don't have any problems with slipping anything I'm not sure what the average mileage is out of these clutches. I would prefer something better than stock more performance is my thing now and I'm gonna do everything I can to squeeze every bit of hp out of this beast. I need suggestions on parts I have been to the eclutchmasters site price is great but says oem quality want something better. Also what is the going rate on labor on this job something I dont' want to do myself.
