Will taillights from a 2001-2002 lanos 2dr fit a 2000 Lanos

I just read the "How To" thread on clear taillights. Is it possible to convert the OEM taillights on a 2000 Lanos 2dr to have clear taillights? If not, will the taillights from a 2001-2002 Lanos 2dr. fit in a 2000 Lanos 2dr?

all of the hatch tail lights are interchangeable, but you will have to get the 01+ taillights to make clear ones

this is correct but note that you will need to do a minor mod. to the wiring as the old setup got 2 brake/parking bulbs whereas the new one got only one so you will end up with one extra feed for a missing bulb.

is their a '96 lanos?? if yes then we need a pic for its rear end to be able to answer.
