Does anyone have a template of the guage cluster?

what the title says....i'm looking to make white guages for my lanos and i wanted to know if anyone had a template of some sort for this. Also what would i used as paper? Photo paper?

it is for the 1.4... but you can see how he did it and he tells about the paper and print quality
