Nice Crankshaft for 2.0L

They also list a crank for the 1.6L http://www.arrowprecision.co.uk/details.php?id=66558

I've talked to these guys a few times... they were willing to give me a decent discount to introduce their products into North America.... but they were still very expensive (as you can see)

Remember.... this is the UK so the price is in GBP... not Euro or $US.

They also make very nice connecting rods.....for 2.0L and 1.6L.... but again.... even with a nice discount they don't compete with North American prices very well

Says vaux corsa.... not sure if these are the 1.6L rods.... I'd have to do some measurement... http://www.arrowprecision.co.uk/details.php?id=66159

I don't think I'd be able to sell a set for less than $1500 even with the discount due to duty, freight, brokerage fees.... so like I said.... hard to compete with North American prices.

those are really nice pieces but like you said $3360US for a crank is way too much especially since when you add shipping from the UK and the fact that you would have to buy an eight bolt flywheel to make it work.

the same can be said for the $1536US that they are asking for the rods.

but nice find, hopefully if they are really interested in bringing the products to the US/Canada they will bring the price down, a lot.
