Turbo Nubira Wagon

Hey guys,

Over the comming months, We will be installing a turbo setup on my '98 Nubira wagon 1.6L.

The wagon so far has
Lenso 18" rims
Full 2" to 2.5" exhaust
Cold air intake
and alot of stereo:

Deck: Pioneer DEH7650DVD - 7" DVD Screen
Front Speaker Amp: Crossfire VR602 - 2 Chan. 600RMS
Rear Speaker Amp: Pioneer GM-6100F - Crappy 4 Chan.
Front Tweeters: MB Quart PTE25 - 1" Titanium tweeters
Front Midbass: Crossfire MB6 6" Subwoofers in the doors
Rear Speakers: Infinity KAPPA 52.7I - 5.25" coax
Subwoofer: Beyond Audio Inhuman 18" Quad 1ohm Voice Coil
Sub Amp: Digital Designs Z1

Sound deadening: Dynamat extreme bulk pack

Abit more stereo work in the next few months is planned aswell, Custom doors with another set of 6" crossfire MB6's in the front doors, another set of tweeters.
Also, an Audiocontrol 4XS active crossover is here, so we'll run the tweeters off the front 2 chans of the Pioneer amp and run the mids at 1.5ohm/chan off the crossfire VR602.

And maybe more Dynamat.. theres none on the floor or in the rear doors and the roof only has 80% coverage..

I've started compiling gear for the Turbo setup, So far I have

TD04-L turbo from a WRX
TurboXS BOV
PWR air to air Intercooler

Parts still needed:
Remote oil filter kit - waiting for
Piping
Gauges - ordered
Oil breather tank
Turbo timer
Water spray - maybe

The manifold will be the factory cast unit for now, until we decide if we will upgrade to the 2.0L 'big block (read: when the 1.6 goes pop)..
The computer will probably be a microtech LT10s - Unless someone has another idea?
The boost level will be around 8psi I think as I'm not sure how the rods on the 1.6 will handle boost.. Does anyone have any experience with the A16DM?

Is there anything that has any hints? Will the fuel system keep up? Are there replacment injectors I should look for? Fuel pump? Will it handle the load?
How tough is the 5 speed? Will I tear CV joints apart?

I'll be uploading photos as we go.. But for now any help anyone can offer would be great!

Will the fuel system keep up?
NO

Are there replacement injectors I should look for?
Size them with your HP GoaL, there are many brands that will fit

u can go with leganza 2.2 inyectors, 1:1 rizing rate FPR and a Piggyback
if you use the microtech ... forget about the piggyback

Fuel pump?
As same as the injectors it depends on your HP Goals
if you replace it with a better flowing one it would be better

Will it handle the load?
Yes, dont know how mutch exactly but it will
