OMG

what kind of numbers is this pulling? I'm guessing this will work on the Aveo? except for the downpipe, can you guys get the end part of the downpie to fit the Aveo since it goes up and over the beam, unlike the lanos which goes straight back?

It does, but the overall shape looks the same. Deathwind, is that a 5spd Lanos pictured?

yeah that is manual, not auto, there is no trans fluid pan.

Yep, it's 5spd M/T.

And oilpan came from Nubira(Forenza<Lacetti>, Aveo<Kalos> have same one too).

I'm not sure. But I've heared that the one on the picture is made of alloy.

Well regardless, if the downpipe isn't be able to fit the Automatic tranny Lanos, it wouldn't be very expensive to get one custom built that would. All that is important is the header/intercooler/tubing fits. The exhaust would be easy to do.

BTW: Good work Intimidator. If my car didn't have so many miles I would probabally be among the first to order it.

Yes that would be good. if you could get it to fit the Aveo completly I would buy on as long as the price was reasonable. also what fuel mods did you have to do, dyno numbers?

D15/16 fits the 1.6L.... same as the header swap :twisted:

the header does not fit. I bought one and tried, the por will not line up correctly. leaks the port on the header will hang over the bottom of the head causing it to leak. i know I wasted 100 on a header that I can't sell because I hacked it up trying to make it fit
