1. i have a 3 valve angle jod done.
2. i have a port and polish done.

the valve job onlt helps in making the head breath better. when the valve start to open, because of the angel cut into the valve air starts to rush into the engine before the valves are full open. thats the only advantage of the valve job.

read somewhere low end torque hp or both increases but high end torque hp or both decreases if the jobs not much on the valve tunnels or if ur jobs r much increases high end torque hp or both but lessens low end

if your head needs a valve job you will see improvements(small improvement).
porting affects your high or low end torque not valve job.
porting increase the dimention of your ports which changes the velocity at which gasses enters or exits you head. (personally, i think you head is in need of some porting. maybe you will have more uesful data going in.

to Daew0Leganza,
if you want to know more about daewoos, take the time to read around the site first. if you dont want to do that, then get your self a service manual, trust me, it is a great help. there are alot of post around the site that are extrimely helpful, read, then you can go ahead and argue points.
it looks like you run into alot of trouble around the site :P . try to back it off, ok.

had been arguing with people that daewoo does not suck daewoo does not suck... because of Italian German Korean Design... ZF hydrauliclly controlled transmission Valves that r the same as some sports bike... on the end turns out the daewoo does suck because the 0 to 60s 11 but the full low end torque and the design makes up for the flaws

bikes are not compared to cars because of weight difference. compare cars to cars and bikes to bikes. TIP: dont expect an econo. car to be a sport car.

every engine has it own charasteristic. even two i dentical engine will not produce the same output of power. with a four cylinder, you will need steel componets to make it up to 14,000 rpm. but why would you need to rev up ot that much to make power. the flow tendency of the woo head will never support that much unless extencive prepareations are taken($$$$$). i would reather pack in alot of air with a turbo and leave my rpms to a low setting. high rpms stresses componets more than you know. the stress increses exponetialy as rpm rises. tentional stress are what kills con rods. compressive strokes are ok, but tenstial stress increases with rpm(increases greatly). tenstial stress are greatest at the point at which the piston is at is greatest veolcity(top dead center) and the exhaust valves are open. so with an unpreped engine running 14,000 rpm, even before getting to 12,000rpm you will see con rods fly out the side of the block, and the crank broken into several pieces, the head dented by the piston smacking it and valves broken and bent by the piston smacking it. the piston will have holes in it and possibly broken into several parts. in short, useless engine.

best to leave the fun for the boost controller on an ems... fuel curve maps with the level... Remember u r on "stock internals" not some forged internals because ur a cheap dumb ass

it just gets better with you. you are very rude. you know, it poeple that spends most of their time calling other poeple dumb ass that are really the dumb asses. take a step back, show me a reasonable post you have made that contibuted to someone on this site in the last week. i hope it's not too difficult(smart guy  ). read, read , read. i am not compleatly on stock internals. i have forged internals as well. up top was an explanation of what can go wrong if you up rpm without uping internals and an alternate way of getting the same HP without raising the rpm.(did i use any big words? i can read to you if you need help).
my post is the NUBI REBUILD(read it before making rediculous comments)
if you are so bright, why dont you start a post on how you woo is going and what you have done to it. maybe you can educate me alittle bit(rich boy).

the line between video games and real live is very very thick.

some games tend to simulate real life

you wrote it not me, NOT there is more to physics than you know. real life has alots of variables. variables which can not be all compiled into a game that fits on a CD. PS: how old are you? i thought by now you should have crossed between the line of reality and fiction.(maybe not) :( .

now that said, this is an informative post on how a nubi engine is been built up. if no related info is been posted it will be remove. if you feel like talking about a disagreement start a new post. thank you vary much. managment  .

thought u were talking about all the daewoo engines

advices are to all daewoo engines that the info pertains to. while the build up is strictly X20XEV and related versions. Clear?
just incase you need help: PERTAINS = refare = directed to = deals with.

Wouldn't it be funny if DaewOLeganza's title was "Expert Goat Fucker" instead of just "Expert" ?

I think that would be great..... I bet I could even upload and lock in a Picture of a guy doing with a goat as his signature.

Even if he changed names I'd still know it was him by IP cross reference.

I really do want to know what age he is. He has the maturity level of a 4th grader. I think he's probabally twelve and he's planning on modding mommy's Leganza so he can make up for the fact that everyone makes fun of him.

Can one of the moderators please get rid of him, his retarded posts are taking up valuable forum space and he has now hijacked many threads. He is simply a detriment to this forum and to Daewoo owners everywhere.

I allready warned him.... I'd prefer to see how he reacts to it before doing anything more.... some of the posts might be annoying but it would be easy for me to delete them if you all ignored him.

So what I'm saying is..... if he posts something and you guys respond then I will leave it.... especially if it turns into two or three posts.

If it's a single useless post and everyone ignores it.... I can delete it and everything goes on like it never happened.

In the case of Debo's build up post I split the topic and moved all the crap about the F1 stuff into a completely new post..... I was tempted to delete it all to clean up the thread but there had allready been a half dozen responses to the F1 crap.

mmamdouh wrote:well debo... your join date is more recent than that guy so i guess you shouldn't have said that...i am sure he knows loads of daewoo stuff than all of us put together or else we would have joined this group before he did. (j/k of corse)

i don't know what to do? should i feel angry for all the trouble he caused or feel sorry for his problems that made hom do that

MMamdouh
i know you are joking but,

join date really means nothing any more. i had a woo before i joined. i joined deawooteck.net before i came here. it is more about how much you have learned and not now long you have been a member.

i guess we should just ignor him. really he is being childish. if you dont ignor his, you will end up being childish yourself.
got drift?
